The SEC has decided to take a chill pill.
They’ve finally had an epiphany and realized that ETH isn’t a security, but a commodity.
What does that mean?
They will no longer breath down Ethereum’s neck anymore - which translates to MASSIVE news for a lot of the crypto industry.
This is a MAJOR win, guys, and I have a feeling it is just the start…
