Sam Bankman Fried Trial Update đź’Ľ

Yep… this thing is still ongoing.

And here are some major updates:

  • SBF’s defense is so bad they’re making the FTX collapse look like a good business decision

  • The prosecution is looking so good they could make a jury convict a ham sandwich of fraud

  • The judge is so impartial, he would likely sleep through a rock concert

  • The only thing more entertaining than the trial is watching SBF try to explain his crypto Ponzi scheme to a jury of boomers

As this thing progresses, it’s just getting worse and worse for the guy.

Investment Themes Of Each Decade 🎯

We can learn a lot from history… especially when it comes to financial markets.

There has been a prominent investment theme roughly for each decade. Here they are:

  • 1950: European Stocks

  • 1960: Nifty Fifty

  • 1970: Emerging markets/commodities

  • 1980: Japanese stocks

  • 1990: American Tech

  • 2000: Emerging markets/commodities

  • 2010: American Mega Caps

What will 2020 be?

I’m guessing it starts with a C and ends with rypto.

Bitcoin’s Projected Path 🧭

Another big Bitcoin projection.

This time from Matrixpoort.

Markus Thielsen has suggested Bitcoin is starting its 5th bull run.

And we’ll likely hit highs again of around $125k in early 2025.

That’s a nice potential upside from here.
